In a world that feels noisy and rushed, Ellen’s Sunday evening class is a consistent return home to yourself. Candlelit & cosy, with long holds & deep release. Created for slowing down, releasing and reconnecting. Sunday’s at, 6.30pm.

WITH Jade
Blending energy healing, breathwork, guided meditation and journaling, our Founder, Jade, offers sessions curated for deep rest. Each session explores a new aspect of intuitive wellness, centring self-love & empowerment. Monday’s at 7pm.
EMBODIED MOVEMENT
With Megan
Megan’s Friday evening class is an invitation to slow down, release tension and reconnect with your body. Bringing together breathwork, embodied movement, strength and energy healing, each session supports nervous system regulation and deep rest for the mind and body. Friday’s at 6.30pm.
